Temporary Event Internet & WiFi in Guwahati
Guwahati, Assam
Event connectivity for Guwahati and the North East
Guwahati is the gateway city for North East events: government and investor summits, cricket and sports events, cultural festivals and conferences that draw delegates from across the region.
Every Guwahati event starts with a site survey to confirm local fiber reach and the right backup path. Monsoon rain and hilly terrain affect outdoor links, so we plan weatherproof equipment and a second route.

FAQ
Event internet in Guwahati: common questions
What is event internet, and how is it different from venue WiFi?
Event internet is a temporary connection installed only for your event, with its own bandwidth that isn't shared with the hotel's guests or other functions. We bring it to your venue in Guwahati by fiber or wireless link and run your WiFi and wired connections from it.
Can you provide high-density WiFi for a conference or expo in Guwahati?
Yes. We plan access points for your floor plan and expected users, and set up separate networks for delegates, exhibitors, staff and media so heavy use in one area doesn't slow the others.
How much bandwidth does our event need?
It depends on how many people connect at the same time and what they do: browsing and email, video calls, file uploads or live streaming. Share your attendee count and the activities planned and we'll size the connection, with streaming on its own dedicated upload.
Can you get internet to an outdoor or remote site near Guwahati?
Yes. Where fiber can't reach in time, we use point-to-point wireless links or bonded 4G/5G connections, and we can combine more than one so the event stays online if a link drops.
Do you provide internet for live streaming?
Yes. We provide a dedicated uplink for the stream, kept separate from attendee WiFi, and a backup path for important broadcasts. We also offer full live webcasting if you need cameras and production.
Can you set up a secure network for registration, ticketing and payments?
Yes. Registration desks, entry scanners and payment terminals get their own protected network or wired connection, so audience usage can't affect them.
Do you offer branded WiFi with a login page?
Yes. We can set up social WiFi with a branded login page for your event or stall, so guests connect through your page and you capture visitor details.
How much does event internet cost in Guwahati?
It depends on the bandwidth you need, how many days the event runs, how many people will connect and how far the venue is from the nearest fiber. Share your venue, dates and expected users and we'll give you a quote after a free site survey.
How much notice do you need?
Book as early as you can. A dedicated fiber circuit needs a feasibility check and installation, so a few weeks' notice is ideal. Wireless and bonded links can often be arranged at shorter notice; call us with your dates and we'll confirm what's possible.
